Knovel’s University Challenge Continues
March 16, 2007 on 6:49 pm | In Database News |Knovel, a database of over 1000 engineering & chemistry online books & numeric scientific data is holding the Spring 2007 University Challenge. Answer the 5 questions correctly and you could win a $1500 Scholarship or one of eight iPod prizes!
Enter by (midnight) Thursday, April 5th.
The questions are chemistry-oriented this time and can be answered by searching Knovel.com, which UCSD licenses for use by students, faculty and staff.
Don’t know Knovel? You should, and we can help. Librarians are available to show your lab, your student club, or your class more about this amazing resource. Or you can try it out on your own when you have engineering and physical sciences questions and need some facts, background info and/or data.
