UCSD “chases nature” on Animal Planet

UCSD engineering students can be seen this week on the reality TV show Chasing Nature from Animal Planet.

Teams featuring UCSD students Chiara Daraio, Albert Lin, Andrew Gapin, Rita Finones, Joseph AuBuchon, and Smita J Pathak from Materials Science & Engineering, and Shay Shmuel Har-Noy from ECE along with 2005 alumnus Scott Anderson used their engineering skills to build human-sized models replicating animal behavior & characteristics.
