		<title>[UPDATED] Webmail upgrade 7:30am Mon. 6/23</title>
		<description>UPDATE 2: as of 5:30pm the "enable mbstring" issue should be resolved for users who have configured Webmail to use Chinese, Japanese, or other Asian languages.

		<description>The  EBU 3B (CSE Basement) labs are back on-line and all workstatations should be functional.  The Cisco switch serving those labs failed at approximately 2:10pm; the replacement hardware was brought on-line at 3:25pm. </description>
