ACS Web Mail - Failure to Send

Starting around 5:30 PM today, ACS Web Mail stopped sending mail out, even though it appeared sent and was added in the “Sent” box. UPDATE 2: as of 5:30pm the “enable mbstring” issue should be resolved for users who have configured Webmail to use Chinese, Japanese, or other Asian languages.

There will be short periods of downtime for ieng9, iacs5, sdcc12, sdcc3 and bioinf on 6/20 between 6:30-7:30am for system updates.
