Due to a problem involving network authentication* that began last Thursday, some ACS lab PCs have received incomplete software loads and are missing packages such as Microsoft Office, Firefox and lab printer connections. We have fixed the underlying problem for most ACS lab PCs and are working on restoring software to the lab PCs.
